Fire Damage – Leominster Garage

Fire damage struck this Leominster garage when a gas water heater malfunctioned. The gas regulator was the culprit, and the resulting flames burnt the water heater and deposited soot and smoke damage to the walls of the garage. Also, the noxious odor left behind by fires was present. SERVPRO of Fitchburg – Leominster industry certified technicians would quickly remove all of the damaged building materials which would help remove some of the odor. They would set up an ozone generator to clean the air of odor-causing particles from the garage. The crew would wipe down the soot and pressure was the interior of the shed. They would complete the project by replacing the building materials that had been disposed of earlier.
